Your Pet’s Operation
You can be sure that we adhere to the highest standards for your pet’s operation. Every pet receives pain-relieving medication before, during and after their operation. Our anaesthetics are the safest, so your pet wakes up quickly, with minimal side effects. We recommend pre-anaesthetic blood testing, so any unknown problems are identified before surgery. We care for your pet as if it were our own much loved family pet.

Out of Hours Emergencies
We have a recorded message that directs clients of our practice to ring 02 4739 2513, which is diverted to the home of the vet on call. You may also call the Northwest Emergency Service at Baulkham Hills, 02 9639 7744, which is 30 minutes from the Nepean River along the M4. They always have vets and nurses on duty.

Cat Boarding
Now you can go on holidays, safe and secure in the knowledge that your special feline friend is relaxing in air conditioned comfort at our Pet Inn Holiday Camp, under the care of vets and nurses.

There is a large exercise area for long-term guests and we even have under floor heating to make sure that winter nights are cosy and warm. Air conditioning keeps your cat cool in summer and warm in winter.

You are welcome to call in and see for yourself our world-class state of the art cat boarding setup.

Bookings are essential, especially over Christmas and school holidays.

Dog Boarding
We give your dog a home away from home when they stay with us – we regret that we can only accommodate small and medium dogs. Prior bookings are essential.

Our Payment Plan
We understand how tight our family budgets can be. That’s why we have our Payment Plan for those unexpected bills for sudden illness or accident. You are welcome to talk to our office manager about our Payment Plan.

Token Operated Hydro Baths
We are the first to provide pet owners in the Mountains with purpose designed token operated Hydro baths and dryers. We have designed our grooming area so it is easy for you to use. The baths have piped hot water, and there are dryers to give your pet a quick blow dry.

Our staff will be happy to show you how easy it is to operate the Hydro bath. We are sure that both you and your dog will enjoy their bath time experience.

Puppy Pre-School is fun..
Bring your puppy to our puppy pre-school – great fun and a wonderful way to teach your pup the important lessons for a long and happy life.

Consultations
Consultations are by prior appointment. Emergencies and urgent cases do have priority and if we are running behind schedule, we will always do our best to let you know why we are running late, and what time delay is expected.

Easy Access and Parking
We provide you with on site parking at our Faulconbridge and Blaxland Hospitals, and there are reserved car spaces right in front of our Winmalee Hospital.
